Returns & Exchanges

Please see our returns policy below and following the return instructions.

The following items are not eligible for return:
  • Custom or special order products
  • Products that have been installed and/or used
    • Claims resulting from an item(s) that has been installed and/or used are to be warrantied through the manufacturer
  • Products that are not in their original packaging along with manual and documents
  • Products that have been delivered past 30 days

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Policy:
  • The shipping costs of the return shipping label and the original order will be deducted from the total refund amount. A return shipping label will be provided to you once your RMA has been approved.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt of your order.
  • Returned Products must be received within 14 days of return merchandise authorization or the returned merchandise will not be accepted.
  • Returned Products must include all components originally shipped with the item (manuals, cables, hardware, etc).
  • Your return may be subject to up to a 20% restock fee.
  • Installed items are non-returnable. If the item is defective, it will be sent to the manufacturer for testing and a replacement may be shipped. A refund cannot be issued until the manufacturer has determined the cause and/or solution. You must contact Solarflexion at (800)942-2424 to initiate and resolve the replacement.
  • If the item returned is found to be not defective, then a 50% restock fee will be automatically applied.
  • Returns past the 30 Days of delivery, if approved, will be subject to a 50% restock fee.

Defective Products: If your product is defective, it should be processed as a warranty issue. The quickest solution is to contact the manufacturer directly for a replacement. If you need assistance contacting the manufacturer, please call us at (800)942-2424, and someone can assist you.
