The Trojan Motive J185P-AC is a 12VDC, 205Ah deep cycle flooded lead acid battery designed to deliver dependable stored energy through repeated charge and discharge cycles. With 205Ah of capacity at the 20 hour rate and 2.71 kWh of rated energy at the 100 hour rate, it provides a practical storage solution for solar power systems, backup power, and other applications that require sustained energy over time.
Unlike starting batteries, which are designed to deliver a short burst of power, a deep cycle battery is built to supply energy over a longer period and withstand repeated discharging and recharging. That makes the J185P-AC well suited for solar and energy storage systems where the battery may charge during the day and provide power to loads after sunset or during periods of limited sunlight. For solar applications, the J185P-AC can be used in off-grid cabins, remote communication sites, RVs, backup power systems, and small renewable energy installations.
