The MidNite Solar MNKID-B is designed to manage power from photovoltaic panels and regulate battery charging in off-grid solar systems. It provides a practical solution for cabins, recreational vehicles, marine applications, and other installations requiring reliable solar charging control.

With MPPT tracking, programmable charging settings, and built in system monitoring, the KID helps users manage solar power and battery charging in one compact unit. Its control functions also support lighting applications and system expansion when additional charging capacity is needed.

Note: Solar only operation. The KID's HyperVOC feature allows up to 162VDC. (The KID will not be harmed by voltages between 150 and 162VDC (this is the HyperVOC range). The KID will remain in standby until the voltage is 150VDC or below.
