• In the event of damage, the claims process with the carrier can be lengthy and is subject to their investigation and approval.
• Replacement panels may not be immediately available due to factors such as product discontinuation, manufacturer restrictions or supply chain limitations.
• While we will do our best to assist with replacements, we cannot guarantee availability or expedited fulfillment.
