Solarflexion ships to domestic and, in some cases, international addresses. Shipping costs are based on product weight, dimensions of shipping container/box, origin of warehouse, destination address, and value of item. Some orders qualify for FREE SHIPPING and will be noted during checkout. All weights are rounded up to the next full pound to reflect the policies of applicable shipping companies. Small Package shipments (items less than 70lbs) are sent via UPS, FedEx, and in some cases, USPS. Based on the availability of purchased products, most standard orders will be processed and shipped within 24-48 hours.

Upon receiving and processing your order, a Solarflexion representative will generate the freight shipping rate. Rates are based on delivery address, the weight of the item(s) being shipped freight, the pallet dimensions, and assumed accessorial services such as: Residential Delivery, Lift Gate at Delivery, Delivery Appointment, Hazardous Material, Limited Access Area, Rural Destination, etc. Please note, Solarflexion does its best to minimize your shipping charges by selecting warehouses that are closest to your delivery address, if possible. It usually takes us 24-48 hours to prepare your shipping options. Once this step is completed, a Solarflexion representative will contact you with your shipping options to choose from. The additional freight charges may be collected at this time.

ALL SHIPMENTS SHOULD BE INSPECTED AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY AND DAMAGED PACKAGES SHOULD BE REFUSED. PLEASE CONTACT SOLARFLEXION IMMEDIATELY IF YOU SUSPECT YOUR SHIPMENT HAS BEEN DAMAGED.

For freight shipments going to a business and/or commercial address, the freight truck/company will attempt the delivery per the delivery transit time on the tracking information. The only time the freight company will schedule an appointment for delivery is if a “Delivery Appointment” service is added and paid for in advance of shipping the item(s). If you would like this service, please contact Solarflexion about your order to add this service.
For Freight shipments where a “Schedule an Appointment” service has been paid for prior to shipping out the item(s), the local freight terminal will contact the consignee’s delivery address to arrange a day and time window for the delivery. Please have someone on site to receive the delivery during the agreed upon delivery window. If all attempts have been unsuccessful, the items will be returned to our warehouse(s). The order will be treated as a refused item return and a refund will be issued to the card on file. Please note that in these cases, the following costs will be deducted from the total return refund:
